PHDFWF-SMPF SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTER, VINODPURI
PHDFWF has been running a skill development-training centre in Vinodpuri with support from Seth Madanlall Palriwala Foundation since 2012 and benefitted around 4865 students living in resettlement area of Vinodpuri. Training in tailoring & embroidery, beauty culture & mehandi, mobile repairing and computer education are being provided under the project. Apart from other activities, regular SHG meeting, Craft training, exposure visit of beneficiaries, awareness generation programme etc were also organised in regular interval.
PHDFWF-GOYAL MG GASES SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTRE, BADLI EXT., ROHINI
PHDFWF has been running a skill development training centre at Badli Ext., Rohini with financial support from Goyal M G Gases Pvt. Ltd & Shree Charitable Trust.Trainees were availing training in computer education, tailoring and beauty culture & adult education at the centre from 2014.
PHDFWF-WRG-JAQUAR FOUNDATION SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTRE IN AYA NAGAR
PHD Family Welfare Foundation in coalition with Women Rehabilitation Group (WRG) has been implementing the project ‘Community Development through Skill Development Training for Underprivileged Women & Youth Living which was in Rangpuri Pahari Resettlement Colony of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi’ since March 2018. The centre has now merged in Aya nagar w.e.f.1st August 2020 and courses which is offered are Tailoring & Embroidery and Basic Computer Education.
In addition to the existing courses, two more courses of Tailoring & Embroidery and Basic Computer Education are also going on in this AYA Nagar center with financial Support from Women Rehabilitation Group (WRG), USA.
HINDUSTAN TIN WORKS SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTER, LALKUAN, BADARPUR
PHDFWF has been running a skill development training Centre in Lal Kuan, Badarpur with financial support from Hindustan Tin Works Ltd. Training in Computer Education & Beauty culture is being provided in the Centre.
PHDFWF-JAQUAR SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTRES, MANDI VILLAGE
PHDFWF-JAQUAR skill development center offers courses like Beauty Culture, Tailoring, Mobile, Repairing, Cooking and Masala Making. This project was started in August 2019.
PHDFWF-FENA SKILLDEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTER
The centre is being supported by Fena Foundation. 67 girls and women were undergoing training in tailoring and beauty culture at Tekhand village, Okhla Phase-I before lockdown period.
PHDFWF – N.L MEHRA VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE SUPPORTED BY JAQUAR FOUNDATION
PHD Family Welfare Foundation with financial support from Jaquar Foundation has been serving underprivileged communities through Skill Development Training for Underprivileged Women & Youth Living in Resettlement Colony of Aya Nagar, New Delhi’ since August 2020. The project has started in August’202 and was able to see good footfall from people of resettlement colonies. Aim of the skill centre is to provide training in Retail Management, Advance Computer Education, Beauty culture & Nursing Assistant. Apart from these major activities, awareness generation programmes, health check up camp etc. are also going on regular interval.
PHDFWF-JAWAHAR FOUNDATION HEATH ATTENDANT CENTRE, BHILWARA
PHD Family Welfare Foundation inaugurated a Healthcare Attendant Centre at Banera village, Bhilwara, Rajasthan on 25th February, 2021. 30 trainees have already enrolled under the project.
L&T PRAYAS SKILL DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, FARIDABAD
PHD Family Welfare Foundation has been running a skill development centre in Surya vihar, Faridabad with support from Prayas Trust, L&T Faridabad. This centre provides tailoring & embroidery course in this centre. 120 underprivileged women and girls have availed training under this project from August 2021.
L&T HOWDEN PVT. LTD. SKILL DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, PALLA
PHD Family Welfare Foundation has been running a skill development centre in Palla, Faridabad with support from L&T Faridabad. From September 2020, more than 270 underprivileged women and girls are availing training in computer education, beauty culture & tailor and embroidery under this project.
PHDFWF-KAJARIA CERAMICS LTD. SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING CENTRES, ASSAM
PHDFWF with financial support from Kajaria Ceramics has been running a skill development training centre in Lakhimpur district of Assam. The centre is providing training in knitting and hand weaving courses to the rural girls and women to develop a skill and earn their livelihood.
PHDFWF-JAQUAR SKILL DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, MATALWAS
PHDFWF started one skill centre in Matalwas, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan with the support from Jaquar Foundation. Training in beauty culture and tailoring & embroidery courses are being provided to 55 rural women and girls living in nearby areas. This project was started in June 2021.
